The full width intercooler is situated with the upper tank hidden behind the frame while the lower tank is nestled inside the front fascia. Only the core is visible through the grill opening.\u00a0Besides the obvious advantage of better cooling, it is by far the best-looking setup out there.<\/p>\n
The side skirts welded to the intercooler capture frontal airflow and act as mounting brackets. The top seam is sealed by the frame and the bottom seam is sealed to the front fascia with a lower panel. (Included) These all work together to enhance airflow through the intercooler core.<\/p>\n
