A&A Secondary Drive Update kit

Description

This kit includes all the parts needed to update your older Secondary Drive to the latest spring-loaded version. We now use a spring tensioner with a locking pin, much like our supercharger bracket. The spring tensioner allows the pulley to follow the belt as it stretches, putting more tension on it when needed and less when it’s not.

It also makes belt installation a breeze. Simply lock the tensioner open, slip the belt on, and pull the pin, and you’re done!

We also changed the jackshaft pulley from 3″ to 3 1/2″ to slow the bearing speed and add more surface area for belt traction. We carried it a step further by adding the well-known Griptec traction profile to the pulley.

The kit includes the lower bracket, locking spring tensioner, Griptec pulley, and the proper belts

NOTE; THIS ASSEMBLY MUST BE USED WITH OUR PROPRIETARY  BALANCER WITH EXTRA GROOVES FOR THE JACKSHAFT PULLEY. IF YOU ARE  UPDATING, YOU SHOULD ALREADY HAVE THIS BALANCER
