A&A BILLET TENSIONER

Description

This is the billet tensioner designed and built by A&A and is included with all our supercharger brackets. Each tensioner is CNC machined from 9.6 # of aluminum! The shaft size was increased from 5/8″ to 3/4″ and the bearings were lengthened from 1/2″ to 3/4″ in early 2024. This gives us much more bearing surface area.

Available for C5, C6 and C7 brackets. They can be clocked for different balancer sizes and have a locking pin to hold the tensioner open for belt changes.  We’ve also supplied quite a few of them for custom applications such as drift cars.

Available with the standard spring for most applications or our extra strong “square wire” spring for extreme applications using smaller pullies.
