We’re taking air from the high pressure radiator cavity and forcing it through the intercooler and out into the low pressure area under the car. Looking through the grille, you’ll only see the scoop protruding into the airflow.

This tube connects the intercooler to the throttle body. Our C6 MAF tubes are 4"mandrel bent aluminum with bead rolled ends for positive hose retention. Available in polished or satin black powder coat.

C5 is a “Bottom Breather”. Incoming airflow is drawn in from under the car, rather than through a large grille opening as in later models. This requires a different approach as to how to get adequate airflow through the intercooler.

This complete drive system is a combination of our mounting bracket with adjustable billet tensioner and our Secondary Drive. Buying the combination together allows us to offer you a discount price. Our Secondary Drive has been updated with a larger transfer pulley to slow the bearing speed. We are also including a GRIPTEC transfer pulley. Both these modifications help eliminate belt slip without having to run the transfer pulley belt so tight.
