This tube connects the intercooler to the throttle body. Our C6 MAF tubes are 4"mandrel bent aluminum with bead rolled ends for positive hose retention. Available in polished or satin black powder coat.

For standard or Methanol injected C5 and C6
The thin plastic MAF sensor used on 2001 - 2007 Corvettes is thermo-welded together and can actually come apart under high boost situations. This requires the purchase of a new one.
The A&A MAF Girdle will repair and reinforce the plastic MAF sensor. It bolts and permanently locks the two halves together, so it can never happen again.
The standard version is used without Methanol Injection while our new extended version allows you to place a Methanol Injection nozzle and IAT (Inlet Air Temperature) sensor downstream of the MAF sensor where it belongs. Besides saving or preventing a broken MAF, it's a strong, clean solution to the nozzle placement problem.

Made specifically for A&A by Turbosmart, this is our quietest valve and recommended only for stock vehicles making less than 600 RWHP. Includes a 2” aluminum nipple with a hose bead that is V Band clamped to the valve.

The 52MM Big Bubba looks like our standard 38MM valve on steroids. The huge bore allows the piston to react to boost and vacuum changes much more quickly as well as increasing the airflow capacity exponentially.
We recommend this valve for our highest horsepower street and race application.

The A&A C6 intercooler is the only one on the market that allows 100% of the core to be open to incoming airflow.

C5 is a “Bottom Breather”. Incoming airflow is drawn in from under the car, rather than through a large grille opening as in later models. This requires a different approach as to how to get adequate airflow through the intercooler.

We’re taking air from the high pressure radiator cavity and forcing it through the intercooler and out into the low pressure area under the car. Looking through the grille, you’ll only see the scoop protruding into the airflow.

Sale!This complete drive system is a combination of our mounting bracket with adjustable billet tensioner and our Secondary Drive. Buying the combination together allows us to offer you a discount price. Our Secondary Drive has been updated with a larger transfer pulley to slow the bearing speed. We are also including a GRIPTEC transfer pulley. Both these modifications help eliminate belt slip without having to run the transfer pulley belt so tight.
